My constant and unyielding intention is to create beautiful, approachable and delicious food. To this end, my relationships with local farmers and producers are integral. These connections allow me to create dishes that draw from the immediate physicality of their ingredients, staying true to the nature of each element and its localness. In the development of every menu, I intentionally choose flavors that convey a spirit of simplicity and comfort. But clean, humble flavors can still be treated with care and refinement and as such, each dish I make is plated with unique and elegant presentation. I strive to inspire a sense of unpretentious joy in the dining experience.

I am a 23 year restaurant veteran with experience in a wide range of cuisines. From Michelin star restaurants to cozy bistros, I’ve spent my career cooking meals  that make people feel good. I’m excited to create seasonally inspired food for you to enjoy in your home.
