Private Dining

I am excited to offer a unique and seamless dining experience for you and your guests. My specialty is working with clients to deliver a culinary point of view that fits their vision. The focus is to use a combination of the freshest, rarest, and most prestigious ingredients simply to create a standalone performance you will not soon forget. Each menu is crafted with the nature of the gathering as the focal point of the meal, and presented by consummate professionals.  

Full Service

For each event, I recruit the finest staff geared towards guest satisfaction. The people I work with are service industry professionals of the highest quality. In our network, I am excited to work with Candidate Collective, who specialize in the highest order of service and culinary staff. Need a master Cheesemonger or Sommelier? No problem! Waiters, cleaners, ushers, chefs, and valets are all available for your special occasion upon request.

Kosher Dining

I am happy to offer kosher services that are prepared in your home or event space that respect the rules and traditions of Judaism. I have a set of tools meant for kosher events, but not a preparation site. All kosher events will be done on site and anyone who works with me will be trained in kosher practices.

Commercial Solutions

Running a restaurant is now more challenging than ever. The industry has become unpredictable at best, and it’s hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We all need help sometimes, and that is what I am here to do. My specialty is getting kitchens to run with maximum efficiency using strong leadership and sound financial and culinary practices. I offer assistance in menu development, food cost/P&L analysis, staff training, ordering, and back end organization.   

Task force

Did your chef leave unexpectedly? As a Task Force Chef I have experience dropping into restaurants and keeping them working efficiently so your guest won’t feel there is a transition. I do this by working closely with owners and management to understand their preferences and goals, while keeping the staff on point, positive, and productive. In order to maintain quality service and facilitate a smooth transition, I handle the day to day operations until you find a suitable replacement. I then assist with the new chef’s onboarding and training.

Consulting

Are you opening a new restaurant, or have things been slipping in quality or cost at your current restaurant? Let me know what you need and I will problem-solve to make it happen. So many businesses need objective, honest feedback. As a professional chef, one of the roles I value most is that of teacher. Passing on the lessons of your past experiences enriches everyone around you. A respectful, knowledgeable, and confident person can make all the difference in the culture of a business. Pricing

Pricing is dependent on a number of factors. Please schedule a conversation today to discuss tiers of pricing or to receive a quote based on your needs. Businesses will be required to review and sign a proposal outlining the scope of work before any consultations can begin.

How it works

As a prospective client, tell me when and where you would like your event to take place, how many people will be joining you, and what you want to eat. I will then send you a simple questionnaire to fill in the rest of the details.

 Pricing

Initial pricing and deposit will be reliant on the nature of the event and the number of guests. The deposit is non-refundable and covers the service fee for both myself and the professionals who are scheduled for the event. The final bill will cover the cost of ingredients, transportation, and any rentals (such as plates and serviceware).

I like to start preparing days before the event so there are no surprises and no issues. When using this service you can count on a positive, thoughtful, and personable individual whose number one goal is your satisfaction.
