Group Classes

Are you interested in learning more about your favorite foods, are you looking to learn something new and exciting, or do you want to learn how to wow your guests with you culinary expertise? I am pleased to offer in home classes for groups of 2 or more. Get your friends or family together for a night of learning the tricks of trade! You will have the opportunity to custom design a menu with me, Chef Scott. We can prepare a delicious and thoughtful meal as a group, where I can show you the wonders of gastronomy and culture. Transport yourself to Italy, France, Germany, Morocco, India, Spain or Thailand! Anywhere you want to taste, I can show you and your friends the secrets of your favorite cuisines.

Private Parties and Catering

For people who want to sit back, relax and enjoy the party. I can provide canapes, horderves, or full tastings brought to your guests with style. This service will be tailored to your tastes, and inspired by your event weather it be themed or a bit more casual. I will source ingredients from local farmers markets, fish distribution centers such as the Fulton Fish Market, and local and specialty meat producers.
